A destination built around the street
Madar is planned as the anchor destination of the Central District: a place to shop, eat, meet and stay out late, designed around shaded streets rather than closed corridors.
Its name is Arabic for orbit, and the city centre turns around it: the promenade and its terraces, the high street, the shuttle interchange and the homes and offices above. Opening is targeted for 2028, and leasing enquiries are open now.
