Two hotels serving MAI East today, a signature collection of new tables across the city and a promenade of restaurants planned at Madar.
(03)Luban · Chef's table
Twelve seats, one counter
Luban, named after Oman's frankincense, is a twelve-seat chef's table hosting a rotating residency of Michelin-starred chefs, each working alongside an Omani head chef.
Every menu ends with a frankincense ritual and kahwa served the traditional way. Luban is targeted to open in 2027, and the waiting list is open now.
