(01)The story
Inside Luban
Luban, named after Oman's frankincense, is a twelve-seat chef's table hosting a rotating residency of Michelin-starred chefs. Each season, a visiting chef works alongside an Omani head chef to reinterpret the country's pantry: dates, limes, honey, fish from the Arabian Sea and the herbs of the mountains.
The counter faces an open kitchen, and every menu ends with a frankincense ritual and kahwa served the traditional way.
