Hotels and serviced residences are planned to follow the city as it grows, from a lifestyle hotel above Madar to a resort on the edge of the wadi park.
(01) The pipeline
Today, 599 rooms serve OCEC and MAI East. As new neighbourhoods open, hotels are planned to follow them: a social hotel above Madar, a third hotel for the events quarter, a heritage boutique, a resort beside the wadi and residences for the Knowledge Campus.
This is an indicative pipeline. Sites are plots in the masterplan. Brands, operators, key counts and opening dates are to be confirmed and may change as each project is procured.
