This website presents Madinat Al Irfan, the urban development in Muscat developed by OMRAN Group. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Madinat Al Irfan team that runs the website and answers the messages sent through it.

If you contact one of the hotels directly, for example by phone or through its own booking channels, that hotel looks after your information under its own privacy notice.

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the small amount of technical information needed to keep the site running.

• Forms. Your name and email address and, if you add them, your phone number, company, country and message, together with the choices you make in the form, such as a topic, a budget range or event dates.
• Newsletter. Your email address and the interests you select.
• With every form. The page you sent it from and a reference number, so we can find your message quickly.
• Spam protection. The IP address of your connection is checked briefly to limit repeated submissions. It is held only in the server's memory for a short time and is never saved with your enquiry.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information through this website.

• To answer your enquiry and put you in touch with the right team.
• To send what you asked for, such as a brochure, an investor pack or a proposal for an event.
• To arrange the viewings, meetings, reservations or visits you request.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for, and nothing else.
• To keep the website secure and free of spam.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Form submissions and newsletter sign-ups are stored in this website's own database, run by our hosting provider. Only the members of the Madinat Al Irfan team who handle enquiries can see them.

When an enquiry needs a partner to answer it, for example one of the hotels or an event organiser, we share only what they need to reply to you.

• Enquiries. Kept for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up on what you asked for, then deleted.
• Newsletter. Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe.
• Notification emails. Copies of the emails described below are kept by our email service for 30 days.

When you send a form, your details are emailed to the Madinat Al Irfan team so that someone can reply. Your email address is set as the reply address, so our answer comes straight to you.

Emails sent by this website may include open and click tracking, which shows whether a message was opened and which of its links were used. We use it only to check that our emails arrive and are useful, never to build a profile of you.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have signed up for the newsletter.

To understand how the site is used, we count visits with cookieless, privacy-friendly statistics. They show which pages are viewed, which websites send visitors to us and broad details such as country, browser, operating system and type of device, all counted in aggregate.

These statistics use no cookies, do not follow you across other websites and do not identify you personally.

We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not use third-party tracking cookies. Our visitor statistics work without cookies, and the site stores nothing on your device to follow you elsewhere.

If a strictly necessary technical cookie is ever needed to keep the site secure or working, it is used for that purpose only.

• Access. Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correction. Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete your information.
• Unsubscribing. Leave the newsletter at any time, using the link in any newsletter we send or simply by asking us.

Include the reference number from your enquiry if you have it. We will reply within two working days and act on your request as quickly as we can.
