Four days of tasting menus, chef demonstrations and Omani home cooking from the kitchens of MAI's hotels and restaurants.
Taste of Irfan brings the city's kitchens out onto the Madar promenade. Chefs from JW Marriott Hotel Muscat, Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC and the restaurants of Madar serve signature dishes in tasting portions, while home cooks share the recipes that define Omani hospitality.
Each evening ends at the dessert and coffee terrace, with halwa, dates and freshly brewed kahwa.
