Construction of Phase 3 of the Madinat Al Irfan Business Park is progressing in MAI East, the 1.6 million m² district that is already home to the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre and two international hotels.
Phase 3 delivers 104,825 m² of built-up area on a 32,810 m² plot, adding Grade A offices, ground-floor amenities and structured parking within walking distance of the convention centre.
