An early-access programme opens for the city's engagement platform, combining a resident app, rewards and an AI concierge.
Madinat Al Irfan has introduced Evolve, the digital platform that will connect residents, workers and visitors to the city's services, places and events.
Evolve brings together a single city account, an AI concierge that can answer questions and make bookings, a rewards programme that recognises time spent in the city, and a live digital twin that shares data on mobility, energy and public space.
Built with the community
The platform will be developed in the open. An early-access programme invites residents, OCEC visitors and businesses to test features as they are built and shape what comes next.
