A new online catalogue lists plots by size, zoning and permitted use, each with infrastructure data and development scenarios.

Investors can now browse serviced land in Madinat Al Irfan through a new online catalogue covering the Business Park, the Central District, the Knowledge Campus and the Health District, with further plots in the Logistics Gateway and around Rawdh.

Each plot page sets out its area, zoning, permitted uses, indicative gross floor area and height, along with the utilities and road access already in place.

From plot to proposal

Plot pages include indicative development scenarios, from Grade A offices to hospitals and schools, to help investors move quickly from a site to a business case. Investors can request technical packs and arrange site visits directly from each listing.

Every plot in the catalogue is connected to the city's infrastructure from day one, so investors can plan around certainty rather than assumptions.

Explore the catalogue in the Invest section.
