A 10,000 m² headquarters will bring the voice of Omani business to the city's growing commercial district.
The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry has confirmed that its new headquarters, a building of around 10,000 m², will be located in Madinat Al Irfan.
The decision places one of the country's most important business institutions alongside the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, the Business Park and two international hotels, a few minutes from Muscat International Airport.
A growing commercial address
The masterplan sets aside around 700,000 m² of office space across its phases. Anchor institutions such as the Chamber help establish the district as Muscat's address for business, events and investment.
When institutions choose a place, companies follow. A headquarters of this kind signals the direction of the whole district.
